It reeks. 그것은 악취가 난다.

Your breath reeks of tobacco. 네 입에서 담배냄새가 나.

 

wallow in self pity 자기 연민에 빠져지내다.

I refuse to wallow in self pity. 난 내 연민에 빠져지내지 않겠어.

Don't wallow in self pity. 자기 연민에 빠지지마.

 

Stop screwing around. 장난 그만 쳐.

screw around 빈둥거리며 지내다, 난잡하게 놀아나다.

Stop screwing around and get to work. 그만 빈둥거리고 일 좀 해.

 

Finn, this place is really bumming me out. Let's get outta here. 핀, 여기 있으니까 기분이 안 좋아져. 얼른 나가자.

bum somebody out ~를 화나게 하다, 실망하게 하다. (=disappointed, upset/ bummed out 일상생활에서 많이 쓰인다.)

A: So she couldn't go to Disneyland? 그래서 디즈니랜드 못 갔대?

B: Yeah. She seemed really bummed out. 응. 엄청 실망한 거 같더라고.
